This typical country house is located near Costitx, in a wonderfully quiet environment, in the middle of nature.
The country house offers a fenced pool area on a large plot of 60,000 sql; ideal for families with children, there is the possibility to keep chickens as well as dogs, because there are fenced areas prepared for this. Around the house there are beautiful terrace areas, partly covered, Mediterranean planting, a covered seating area with a wood stove and a large, covered storage space for cars or to use as a workshop. The house has an own water well.
The main door leads into the entrance area of the house and from here to the fully fitted kitchen, the living room with fireplace and a spacious dining room with another fireplace and access to the outside area and a bathroom. In the upper area of the house there are three rooms that can be used in a variety of ways and also another bathroom with a bathtub. A private laundry room and a guest apartment with shower bathroom and private terrace access can be reached from outside. Costitx is about a 5-minute drive away and everything you need for everyday life can be found there and there are also a number of gastronomic offers in town.
Costitx
Costitx is a historical village in Central Mallorca. It is about 30 minutes drive North-East of Palma and the international airport. It is close to Santa Maria, Sencelles, Sineu and Inca. In town you will find cafés, shops and a market. The Astronomical Observatory of Mallorca (OAM) is located here.
