From the villa you can easily walk to the beach of Betlem. There are several pristine beaches in the area. One of them is Cala Na Clara or simply Na Clara, a virgin cove at the foot of the Natural Park of the Peninsula de Llevant, from where one can enjoy magnificent views of the bay of Alcudia. Its crystal clear turquoise waters are truly incredible.
Commission agreement for property rentals: The property is subject to an agency commission fee of one month rent plus VAT and administrative costs of half a month rent plus VAT. Terms depend on the type of rental contract applied.
