Mainly to be able to fulfill our commitments towards you as a client, as for setting up agreements for rentals of properties. We also collect data to provide our clients, and potential clients, with relevant information and good service, when it comes to mailings and digital marketing. Additionally, we have the legal obligation to save your personal data due to the accounting regulations and anti money laundering regulations.
Only people who work for Rent a Home Mallorca, consultants and IT companies included, have access to your data, and are responsible for handling these according to the applicable law. A third party in this case refers to the other party to an agreement (i.e. tenant and landlord), bank, lawyer, builder or collaboration partner, if the deal is made with another real estate agent.
