It's a popular sea side summer resort, also for Palma residents as it is only a 45 minutes drive away. Here you will also find several sea front restaurants, cafés and supermarkets.
Commission agreement for property rentals: The property is subject to an agency commission fee of one month rent plus VAT and administrative costs of half a month rent plus VAT. Terms depend on the type of rental contract applied.
