The house in Sa Ràpita is on one level and features two bedrooms that share a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The bedrooms are of a comfortable size and each has large built-in wardrobes. One bedroom has a 150 cm bed, the other has two single beds, each 90 cm wide. The bright, open living area is connected to the kitchen via a sliding door, allowing it to be used as an open or closed kitchen.
The house has been recently renovated to a high standard and features air conditioning in all rooms, Climalit windows, and parquet flooring. From the living room and through the garden, there is access to a covered terrace (porche). The house is connected to the municipal water supply and also has a 10,000-liter cistern, which is filled with delivered water due to low water pressure from the mains.

The spacious garden is covered with artificial grass. Behind it lie two plots of land that cannot be built on, offering a pleasant open view.
